4th edition of “Isola del Gusto”, a co-marketing and integrated promotion initiative of the typical and gastronomic and cultural productions of the Sicilian territory.

An event dedicated to the enhancement and promotion of Sicilian agri-food and fish products, with live “live laboratory” performances for the preparation of traditional Sicilian seafood dishes accompanied by stories and curiosities from industry experts.
During the event, 24 Sicilian companies were involved and promoted, 1 professional school of Arts and Crafts (Euroform), 15 trade unions, institutional bodies, technical partners and the media.
